All our staff is serve safe certified food handlers and our self owned facilities are health department approved (no shared cloud kitchens or unlicensed home kitchens). We follow HACCP rules and conduct regular inspections to ensure highest sanitary standards are met.
All our produce is procured from local farms and cooked same day avoiding the need for freezers that can further cause cross contamination. Our menu changes daily ensuring only fresh cooked meals are delivered to you.
We have a separate section and team to process vegetarian meals. Our tiffins and cookware are also separate to ensure no cross contamination. Our vegetarian meal team are pure vegetarian themselves, following the code of our homegrown vegetarian kitchens of separate "chullah" aka cooking area, above and beyond those set by HACCP health codes.
All empty steel tiffins and pickup up on Sunday, then sent to our warehouse to be thoroughly washed and sanitized.
